These terms govern your use of Midas. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been compromised.
Orders and payment
Prices and stock are confirmed at checkout, not before — the price shown at checkout is what you pay. Payment is processed via your Midas Wallet or another supported method shown at checkout.
Digital codes
Codes are delivered digitally to your account. Once a code is delivered, the purchase is final — see our Refund Policy for the specifics and for what happens if an order can't be fulfilled.
Acceptable use
Don't use Midas for fraud, to circumvent a brand's own terms of redemption, or to resell codes in a way that violates the issuing brand's policies. We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in abuse.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Midas after an update means you accept the revised terms.
