Compliance
Midas sells digital gift cards only. Here's how we handle payments, regions, and reporting a concern.
Digital goods only
Midas sells digital gift cards. We don't handle physical shipping, and every product page states the region it's valid in.
Payments and wallet
Wallet balances are held for the purpose of purchasing gift cards on Midas and are denominated in USD only. We follow the requirements of our payment processing partners for identity and transaction checks where applicable.
Reporting a concern
If you believe an order, account, or transaction on Midas violates the law or a brand's terms, contact us and we'll investigate.
